The year 2020 marked the 250th Anniversary of Beethoven’s birth. Royal Birmingham Conservatoire joined the world in celebrating the year of Beethoven. In the Piano Sonatas Marathon, where all the Beethoven sonatas were performed in one day - Salome was humbled to take on the piece every pianist fears - the Hammerklavier Sonata.

Tbilisi State Conservatoire
The festival “Georgian Immigrant Musicians in Tbilisi” aims to bring Georgian musicians back to their homeland to give concerts and master classes in several cities of Georgia. Below, Salome and the wonderful French-Japanese violinist, Yuri Kuroda play Poem and Scherzo by the renowned Georgian composer, Vaja Azarashvili, who worked with them on these pieces and was present at the concert. In the second video, Salome plays Tres Romances by Guastavino with her mother - Manana Gotsiridze, Proferssor of piano at the Tbilisi State Conservatoire.
